Henry Callaway Jarrell
Henry Callaway Jarrell
(1827 - 1903)
The son of John S. Jarrell (1790 - 1856) and wife Martha Talbot (1798 - 1878),
Henry Callaway Jarrell was born in Wilkes County, GA. The Jarrells migrated to
Meriwether County, GA and then to Chambers County, AL ca. 1840. Henry married
Hulda Carmichael in 1852, and raised a large family. Both were members of County
Line Baptist Church and are buried in the adjacent cemetery.
