Three Warren brothers were left orphaned 1843 in Sumter County, Alabama, all under the age of five years. Their father and mother I think.  The children were living with a Curry family with a sister of Margaret Murphy after they were left orphaned according to 1850 Census in Scott Co. Miss. Often there are estate records somewhere?  Are there records of an Orphan court in Alabama.  Is there any intestate estate records that I might access that would offer clues to validate information on these children's parents.
