Comfort was the daughter of Shepard Kollock
granddaughter of Simon and Comfort Shepard Prettyman Kollock. Comfort Shepard
Prettyman Kollock was the widow of Thomas Prettyman who died in 1720, she then
married Simon Kollock. She was the daughter of Hercules and Mary Avery Shepard.
And granddaughter of Captain John Avery.
William and Comfort had the following children:

Sarah (Sallie) who married John Wolfe and had 9
children:
Joel, Mary,Comfort,Anna,Sallie,John Wesley,
Charlotte,David, William.

Shepard born 9/24/1759 and died 1836
She was the greatgranddaughter of John Prettyman who
died in 1754
Mary married Liston Alexander Houston on 7/26/1803. He
was the son of Robert and Priscilla (Laws) Houston.
They had 5 children:

Henry W. born 10/2/1809 who married Typhane LeCompte
