Accidental Drowning.

We learn from private sources that while the Schooner Benj. T. Biggs was crossing Hatteras shoals during the severe weather on the night of the 1st instant, a seaman named Primrose, was found to be missing.

He had been sent into the lee fore rigging to set the side light and, it is supposed, lost his hold in descending and fell overboard. The deceased was aged about 22 years, and of a good and well-known family in the State of Delaware.
