Crisp County, Georgia

A building in Raines, GA. It is very close to the turpentine works which belonged to my grandfather, Dan Archie Brown and Dr. Lee Williams, Sr. It sits next to a railroad, which I believe is not running now; but at one time, I think went to Athens. Uncle Lee had an office in the rear along with another doctor. The front of the building was a general store of some kind; it may have been the "company" store for the workers; there is reference to it in the deeds.
