Suwanee Hotel

Hanging on the walls of the new library building are some paintings of Cordele buildings from the past. This hotel is where our mother and father honeymooned. They were married in the Gannon living room just a few blocks away, came here for the honeymoon, and next day, Sunday, they went to Dad's graduation from Cordele High School. scan and text contributed by Jerry Persall
