Ice Cream Factory

The Paris Ice Cream Company owned and operated by Perry and Edsil BOSSTICK from 1913 to 1929. This is a photo of the inside of the factory.

The two men in the photo are Elmer Ketner on the left and Weir Bosstick on the right. There was also an ice cream factory owned by the same men in Sullivan, Indiana. When the factory began, they originally had horse-drawn ice cream wagons. Perry Bosstick's son, Overton, also had a potato chip factory for a time in Paris.
