Larry William Kinnett

Larry William Kinnett, age 78, passed away on May 23, 2019.

He was born onJune 29th, 1940 in Rising Sun, IN - the fifth of seven children to Archie N. and Ruth E. Kinnett. Larry graduated with honors (Indiana University) and after obtaining his masters degree in 1963 entered the teaching profession in the Mt. Healthy Ohio school system. After a couple of years he returned to his hometown in Rising Sun and began a teaching career in the Aurora/South Dearborn School System until his retirement in 2015. His true passion in life was the opportunity to prepare his students for English/literature at the college level.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Rebekah Kinnett. Additional surviving family members include his brother Gary Earl Kinnett and sister Mary Lou Crouch and many more family members and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife Karen "Rolf" Kinnett, brothers, James Robert, Donald Nelson, Gene Orville and sister Janice Ruth Dawson.
