MITCHELL - Service for Mrs. Estella Hemphill Mitchell, 64, of 521 St. Louis Ave., who died Sunday in a Long Beach hospital, was held today in Mottell's Chapel. Rev. Cline Halsey officiated.
Interment was in Sunnyside Memorial Park. Mrs. Hemphill, who was born in Rising Sun, Ind., came to Long Beach from Huntingdon, Pa.. 23 years ago. Surviving members of the family, all in Long Beach, are the widower, Ernest E.; sisters, Mrs. James Linple and Mrs. Ruth Norton, and brothers, Walter and Laurence B. Hemphill.
Mrs. Mitchell was a member of Foursquare Gospel Church in South Gate.
