Fulkerson, born: 3-30-38, his dad’s name was Sylvester William Fulkerson, born Perry County, His father name was Gilbert Fulkerson, My Grandmother was Mattie Agnes Jarret- born 9-3-1904, Austin Jarret was her father’s name.   I am looking for information on Matthew E. Jackson who opened a tavern in Rome, Perry County in 1826 and lived in the county until about 1834 when he moved to Boone County, KY. (He is in the 1830 Perry County census.) I believe he was in Ohio prior to coming to Perry County. Any additional information on his pervious location in Ohio, his parents or children would be appreciated. Known children include:
