posted by Rhonda Parker on Wednesday, April 30, 1997
I have information on a Margaret WATERS family, back several generations. What I am searching for is: she had three children by a William FAIN, born in Jessamine County. They were Ruth, Jane and Buddy. I don't believe the parents ever married. These three children were placed in an orphange in Kentucky, two were adopted and one was left until of age. Question: Who the heck is William Fain? I have no dates and no one to help me. He was killed when he was ran over by a buggy. That is all I know. Margaret married some time later to a Lytle, from Ohio and had 9 other kids. She died several years ago, two months short of her 100th birthday. Anyone with info on Fain families, let me know.
