LANCLOS/CARY SHOOTING
May 28, 1930
The men so seriously wounded in the shootfest of Saturday
night and brought to the Crowley Legion Memorial Hospital for treatment were
reported at noon today, as just doing fine. Louis Lanclos had pistol bullet
in his lung and Siual Cary had two crossing his body and one through the legs.
While Cary appeared to be worst off of the two at first, he
is making rapid strides toward recovery. Alexon Lanclos, treated for a bullet
in the right thigh, was taken home Monday and is reported doing well.
