The property was seized and offered for sale at public auction on Saturday, April 21, 1928. The terms are cash to pay and satisfy the sum $2392.77, with 8% per annum interest from January 1st, 1927, until paid, 10% attorneys fees on said principal and interest, and all costs. Bounded N Don Louis Godeau, Valentine McGee and Adrian Courville; S T.C. Chachere; E C. J. Hundley; W Bayou Mallet and C.J. Hundley; being the same property from Pete Marcy about 27 years ago, and from Evans about 25 years ago.
- 2. Another tract of land, containing 100 acres more or less, with all buildings and improvements thereon situated partly in St. Landry and Acadia parishes. Bounded N Mrs. John Miller; S Dr. T.C. Chachere; E Bayou Mallet; W Francois Savoie; being part of the same property acquired by T.C. Chachere from Lawrence Stephens about 7 years ago, and from Thelesmas Miller about 4 years ago.
