Hog Ordinance

Residents of Coulee Croche claim cost of fencing would cost more than the value of hogs to run at large in their section of the parish. viz: From Dixon Grove, in Bellevue, to Wikoff Point in a straight line.
Thence, down Wikoff Bayou, on the east side to Stephen O. Andrus, from said Andrus in a straight line to the line of the parish of Lafayette having Ursin T. Prejean inside, thence down Bayou Carencrow (the line) to Achille Savoie, from the said Savoie in a straight line to Chretiens Point, and from Cretiens Point in a straight line back to Dixon Grove.
