Commencing at the last residence of the deceased, near Church Point, LA. offer for sale the following described property, belonging to the succession of Felecia Matt, deceased, viz:
All buildings and improvements situated on the land of P.A. Bellard and belonging to the estate of Felecia Matt in community with her surviving husband, Pierre Bellard, and being the last residence of the deceased.
5 head of horses
1 pair of oxen
1 lot of hogs
14 cows and their calves
31 head mixed cattle
1 ox cart
1 buggy
1 gun
Household furniture
Kitchen utensils
About 50 barrels of corn
25 gallons of lard

I will also offer for sale at the same place the following described real estate belonging to the above-named succession on Thursday, September 21, 1899, commencing at 11:00 a.m., to wit:
That certain tract or parcel of woodland situated at a place called Plaquemine, and measuring about 25 arpents, more or less, and bounded north by estate of Jos. C. Bourque, Sr.; south by Antoine Bellard Sr.; east by Seth Harmon and west by Bayou Plaquemine. Being the same property acquired by Pierre Bellard from the succession sale of Enoch Hayes about 1871.
