That certain tract or parcel of land, situated in the parish of Acadia, near the town of Church Point, measuring 40 arpents together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon, bound north by lands of Mrs. Antoine Labie, south by lands of Cyprien Savoie, East by Gast DaAngero and West by lands of Mrs. Dave Wimberly.
