Mae Felps Needham
Died at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 1985 at St. Helea Parish Hospital, Greensburg. She was 86, a native of Gilead and resident of Kentwood. Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. religious services at St. Elizabeth catholic Church, Kentwood, at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial in needham Cemetery. Survived by four daughters, Mary victoria roberts, Birmingha, ala., Mrs. Edgar (Heen) Caston, baton Rouge, Lula Copeland and Mildred Birch, both of Kentwood; a son, John F Needham, Sulphur; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Guy, Houston, Texas, and Lillie Leahman, bridge city, Texas; a brother, Carney Felps, Sour Lake, Texas; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson, Preceded in death by husband, Jule P Needha; a daughter, Daisy Lee Needham; three sisters and three brothers.
