Looking for info about Lewis CRAIN b ca 1852 in Washington Parish. Was probably son of Nathan CRAIN b ca 1816. He married Cordelia BLACKWELL around 1840. She was born in 1820 in Ky. I am not sure of the parish, but am trying to take a shot in the dark. I am looking for information on James CRAWFORD (born late 1700's). Thought to have been killed in the war of 1812. Believed to have been married to Susannah SPINKS, daughter of John and Sarah BAKER SPINKS. They had five children. The names of only two or three are know. Those children are Robert H. CRAWFORD, Rebeccah CRAWFORD DICKENS, and perhaps a James C. CRAWFORD. I have been looking for this information for about three years now and seem to have hit a roadblock. W.C. WARNER m. Salidia (Salina) GRAVES on 18 Aug 1888 in Pike Co. MS. They had at least one son, Esco Sullivan WARNER, b. 28 Aug 1892 in Warnerton. Esco was killed in an automobile/pedestrian accident on 1 Jan 1925. The informant on Esco's death certificate was C. D. WARNER. Esco m. Anna BOND.
