Schmidt, devoted husband of Laura Schmidt, companion of Barbara, dear father of Walter M.Schmidt, Jr. and Christine Bennett, Brother of Theresa Yori, Cecelia Panowicz, Elizabeth Kujawa, Delores Gaughn, and Lorriane Whittaker. Nephew of Frances Kisling. Also survived by six grandchildren. Christian wake service at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, 2525 Fleet Street on Monday at 7:30 pm Mass of Chrisitian Burial at Holy Rosary Church on Tuesday at 9 am Internment in Oaklawn Cemetary.
