Charles Fisher

Word was received by Mr. and Mrs. William H. Fisher of 2117 E. Chase St yesterday, that their son, Private Charles Fisher of Company G, Three hundred thirteenth Infantry, was killed in action on  November 5.  The day before Fisher fell, he wrote a letter home telling his family to send him his Christmas box, he was very anxious to get some candy.  He was 22 years old and before he was drafted was employed by A. Hoen & Co.
