Charlotte Phillips, 61, Die

Charlotte G Phillips, an orginal purchaser of a Glencourt Way home in 1955 and a resident thre until 1970, died Thursday in a Medesto hospital.  She was a resident of Williams, Calif., from 1970 to 1984 when her husband died.
A Native of Baltimore, Md., she was a homemaker by career, held membership in the Del Mar chapter 304, Order of the Eastern Star of Pacifica.  She was 61 at her death; cancer ahd been diagnosed about six months eariler.
Survivors include daughters Sheila Knack of Pacifica, Terry Ann Phillips and Diane Powelson of Modesto, sons John of Portland, Ore., David of Santa Rosa, James of Sacramento, William of Modesto and Sanders DePaul of Williams, six grandchildren and sisters Eleanor Hunter and Eileen Rea of Baltimore.
A Monday noon memorial service was held in Nauman and Lincoln's Chapel by the Sea Mortuary followed by interment in the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno.
