Book 5, page 246, Mar 1795, probate 4 Apr 1795
"In the name of God amen I Adam Jamison of
Baltimore Town Calling to mind the certainty of death and uncertainty of
death, do, for disposing of my Estate make and declare this to be my last Will
and Testament. First I give and bequeath to my dear wife Mary Jamison
all the Estate and property which I have at this time in the world to hold the
same to her and her heirs for ever, recommending to her motherly care my dear
son Cacilius? for whom I have already made provisions by deed. Secondly
I constitute my said wife the Guardian of my son during his Minority
Expressly enjoining her to attend to his Education and Conduct -
Lastly I appoint my said wife Executrix of this my
last Will hereby revoking all the Wills by me heretofore made In writing
whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this (blank space) day of March ??
1795.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said
Adam Jamison to be his last Will
and Testament in our presence who in his
presence and at his request have
signed the same as witnesses
