Petition for Letters of Testamentary
To the Honorable, the Judges of the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City:
In the Matter of the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth D.
Miller, deceased.
The petition of Conrad Miller who resides at 516 North Highland Avenue,
respectfully showeth:
1. That he is a citizen of the United States.
2. That he is the Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth D. Miller dated the 13th day of April 1940.
3. That the said Elizabeth D. Miller was a resident of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, and departed this life at 136 S. Curley Street in said City on Sunday the 12th day of October, 1941.
4. That the said Will has been read to the near relations; that they know of no other will or codicil of the decedent of subsequent date.
5. That no caveat or notice of caveat has been filed to the said will.
6. That the decedent left surviving her the following heirs, viz.:
(Note:-here name widow, widower, child or children, and if none, all the other heirs of deceased, giving their relationship and place of residence.)

9. That the decedent owed debts to the amount of approximately: none
Wherefore, your petitioner prays that the said paper writing be admitted to Probate as the Last Will and Testament, and Codicil of the said decedent, and that Letters Testamentary thereon be granted to your petitioner, who offers U.S.F.&G. Co. as surety.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, That on this 15th day of January 1943, before me, the subscriber, a Notary Public of the State of Maryland, in and for Baltimore City, aforesaid, personally appeared Conrad Miller, Executor of the Estate of Elizabeth Miller, Deceased, and he made oath in due form of law that the aforegoing Account of Administration is just and true as stated and that he has bona fide paid or secured to be paid the several sums for which he herein claims an allowance.

Know all Men by these Presents
That, I, Anna Heinbuch, do hereby acknowledge to have received from Conrad Miller, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Miller, late of Baltimore City, deceased, bequeathed to me under her Will a 1/8 share - - the sum of $69.24.
And in consideration thereof I do hereby Release, Acquit, Exonerate and Discharge the said Executor, his Heirs, Executors and Administrators of and from all and every action, suit or demand which could or might possibly be brought, exhibited or prosecuted against him, them or any of them, for or on account of the above sum or the payment thereof, hereby declaring myself satisfied, contented and paid as above specified. Given under my hand and seal this 3rd day of February in the year nineteen hundred and forty three.
