Last Will and Testament of
 Josephine Niedermeyer

Josephine Neidermeyer of Baltimore City, State of Maryland being of sound  and disposing mind memory and understanding; considering the uncertainty of life and being desiring of settling my world affairs so that when it shall please God to call me hence I may better prepared to depart this life, do hereby publish and declare this of, as, and for my last will and testament, revoking as I hereby do any will previously made and declaring this  and this only as my last will and testament in manner and from following that is to say:

1st I will and bequeath unto Lucinda Fisher Fifty five dollars.

2nd I will and bequeath unto Kunigunda Ritter Twenty Five dollars

3d I will and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine Snellinger, Twenty Five dollars

4th I will and bequeath unto four of my grandchildren: Marie Snellinger, Catherine Snellinger, Margaret Snellinger and George Snellinger, Twenty Five dollars each.

5th After the payment of my funeral expenses, together with my just debts and the above legacies, I will bequeath and desire the remainder of my estate, it be and consist of what it may and wheresoever situate unto Lucinda Fisher and Kunigunda Ritter equal  share and share alike in addition to the above legacies divide unto each of them. It being for the kind and faithful services rendered me.___________________________

6th and Last I hereby and constitute and appoint the said Lucinda Fisher sole executor of this my last will and testament, and request that she be excused from furnishing bond  for the purpose of performing her duties as such Executing._____________________________

Witness my hand and seal this Third day of December Eighteen hundred and ninety two.

Baltimore City S.S.  On the 23rd day of March 1893 came Lucinda Fisher and made oath on the Holy Evangel of Almighty God   that she doth not know of any will or codicil of Josephine Niedermeyer  late of said City, deceased, other than the above Instruments of writing, and that she found this will in the box of the Testatrix and retained the same until she brought it into Court and that the Testatrix died on the 20th day of March 1893.
