THOMAS FORD

"In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Ford Senr. of Baltimore County, being in
a low State of health, but being of perfect mind and Memory, and calling to
mind, and duley considering, the uncertainty of human life make this my last
will and Testament, first and principally, I committ my Soul, into the hands of
my blessed maker, for the Remission of all my Sins, my Body I committ to the
Earth to be decently buryed, as to my Temporal Estate, I bequeath and dispose of
it in the following manner.Imp (To my Soon Steophe Ford I bequeath to him one
neogrow boy Davy and one hundred and one Acres of land beeing part of my
dwelling plantation wheiro I know live on to him and his Eares for Ever but in
case of death, leaveing know Eares Lawfully begotten ? his body, to faull to my
Soon Mordica Ford and know more of my Estate. Item. To my daughter Marey Barney
One Neagrow whomen, named Hager, and to hur daughter Marey one Neagrow boy named
Harrey, which they are know Pus'd.? with and know !
more of my Estate. Item. To my Son John Ford one Neagrow named George, which he
is now pus'd. with and know more of my Estate. Item. To my Soon Mordica, one
neagrow named Jeson, and know more of my Estate, to my Soon, Thomas Ford, whom I
constitute and appoint the hole and Sole Executor of this my last will and
Testament I bequeath unto him one neagrow Man named Tim and one hundred and one
Acres of land to him and his Eares for Ever. The Resedue and Remainder of my
Estate to be eaqueley devided, Confirming this to be my last will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have put my hand and Seal this Eighteen day of November in
the year of our Lord one Thousand Seaven hundred and fortey Eight
