“In the name of God amen I Thomas B. Gibson natif of the Kingdom of Ireland and weak in body But in my perfect Senses do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is I leave And bequeath unto Richardson Stuart of Baltimore Town all my property in America and all my property in and on Board the Schooner Justiana on the Cost of Africa and I constitute and appoint Elias Basconi my sole and whole Executor and administrator to pay Hiram Cotton Seventy dollars Capt. Chapman 50 James Daniel New York 30 and the remainder of my property to be sent to Richardson Steuart and my cloathing to Elias Boscai? and to stop such as of my property will pay himself  this is my last will and Testament
