Four Mile Cemetery
Mantee, Mississippi
This
cemetery is located about 4 miles southwest of Mantee, Mississippi. It
sits on land now owned by a paper company. At the time the cemetery was
indexed there were only four markers that could be located. The area was
overgrown, with numerous tree tops and limbs scattered around. I will make
another trip to this cemetery sometime this winter in the hope of finding more
markers. Markers should be easier to spot when there is less foliage on
the trees and bushes. This cemetery was indexed by Tucker Martin on
September 2, 2000.
