Mr. and Mrs. Parke Pratt who have been on their wedding trip through the Black Hills returned to their home, June 27.
Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Kulseth moved to Fargo Monday. Mr. Kulseth is employed by the J. A. Cull Auditing Company.
Mrs. David Teal and children of Hillsboro spent the week visiting at the J. M. Teal home.
Mrs. Ed Friend is visiting friends and relatives in southern Minnesota and Iowa.
Mrs. Cora Hodgson is spending a few days at the lakes with her daughter, Mrs. Hunt Darrow of Fargo.
Mr. and Mrs. R. Opp and son were visitors in Fargo June 28.
Leslie Reynolds who has been at his home here and past week recovering a tonsil operation will resume his work at the Baker Insurance Co., Monday.
J. A. Cull of the Cull Auditing Co., Fargo, has been auditing at the Gardner Grain Co., the past week.
Mr. and Mrs. F. H. Goss and family of Hunter, and Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Goss and family of Gardner, spent Sunday at Maple Lake.
Nadine and Albert Friend of the Dakota Business College spent the weekend at their home here.
Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Quiring and family who have been visiting friends and relatives in --- North Dakota and Canada the past two weeks returned home July 1.
Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Reynolds and family spent the weekend with relatives at Osage, Minn.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Olson and daughter Evelyn visited relatives at Buxton, N. D. Sunday.
Mrs. Margaret Rintoul of Fargo spent Monday with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Skouge.

Lila Goss was badly bitten about the face by a dog while in Grandin Monday, July 17.
Mrs. B. D. Mitchell is entertaining her father, Mr. Hodge and two nephews from southern Minnesota.
Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Opp entertained friends from Seattle, Wash., last week.
A new combine was unloaded in Gardner last week for H. Brauckmuller.
John Quiring had his tonsils removed last week.
Wilda Gowenlock, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Gowenlock, visited friends in Fargo the latter part of the week.
Miss Helen Tracy, who is a nurse in the St. John's hospital, came home to attend the party given in honor of her sister, Mrs. H. S. Cooke.
Ronald King, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. King, Gardner, underwent a tonsil operation July 20 in the St. Luke's hospital, Fargo.
Mr. and Mrs. David Teal and children of Hillsboro visited friends in Gardner July 17.
Mrs. Oliver Orres and family are visiting Mrs. Orres' parents in southern Minnesota.
Albert Friend, who has been attending the Dakota Business College, is spending a week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Friend.
Edward Smith of the U. S. Navy who spent two weeks a the G. M. Haworth home has left for Granville, N. D., to visit his parents before returning to the West Coast.
The Gardner community entertained the three June brides at a party in the Church, Friday July 19. Each bride was presented with a gift. The brides are Mrs. W. J. Gowenlock, bride of June 4; Mrs. P. C. Pratt, bride of June 8; and Mrs. H. S. Cooke, bride of June 22.
Lila Sutton, Meridian, Ill., who has been visiting at the home of F. H. Goss, Hunter, spent a few days at the E. W. Goss home, Gardner, last week.
