Grade: Private 1st Class, Nov. 14, 1918; overseas from May 2, 1918, to April 28, 1919. Engagements: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sectors: Gerardmer (Alsace); Grange—le-Comte (Lorraine). Discharged at Camp Dodge, Iowa, on May 7, 1919, as a Private 1st Class."
