END OF MEMBERSHIP LIST OF NAMES
The pages following the list contained a
"Confession of Faith" in 13 numbered paragraphs,
and "The Covenant".
Then begins what appears to have been the first page of the book:
"The Church Records"
"Containing a sketch a revival of religion in the year 1800"
"The establishment of a church which was then known and distinguished by the third Congregational Church of Christ in Worcester with the principal proceedings travel and regulations of the same."

"Sept 13 this church was organized…(continues for three pages with affirmations and reflection).
Following this there are notes containing family data added at intervals amongst pages of church business:
9/14/1800 Mr. BUSHNELL, referenced at a business meeting.
3/19/1801 Rev. David AVERY, Missionary from Massachusetts
2/21/1802 Again Rev. AVERY comes to provide services.
10/15/1801 Elder TALLMAN
10/25/1801 Sally GOVE Membership
The remainder of the text is concerning meetings, appointments, revival events, committees, etc. Some pages are very worn and faded.
