Voted that the town of Milford Raise seventy nine dollars and eighty four cents to
pay William Whitford for the expense and damage which he has been at for carrying
Betsy Thore a pauper of Said town into the town of Hartwick} Notice that the Said
town Raise $175 of Poor Money for Sd year
Voted That the by Laws Stand for the present year as they Stood the last year
Voted That the town raise as Much Money as drawn from the State
Voted That the Next Annual Town Meeting to be held at the house of Peter Collier in
Said Town

Survey of a Road Near Nehemiah Edsons Beginning at a Stake North 26 degrees East
one chain and fifty links from the North east corner of Said Edsons dwelling House
and runs from thence
North 66 Degrees West 37 Chains
Thence North 29 Degrees West 3 Chains
Thence North 65 Degrees West 24 Chains
Thence South 78 Degrees West 43 Chains
It intersects the Road that leads from Bennoni Adams to William Richardsons in
Milford containing a distance of one Mile and a quarter and twenty eight Rods

William Wellmans mark is a square crop on both ears and a halfpenny on the right
on the underside
Stray Horse
Broke into the inclosure of the Subscriber on or about the 8th day of June Trist a
large Sorrel Horse three years old about fifteen hands high one hind foot white
Swish tail a white spot in his forehead Which the owner May have by proving
property and paying charges and take him away

Jacob Dingmans Mark is a Slanting Slit on the Upper and under Side of the left ear
and a Slit on the Underside of the Right
William Cunningham Mark is a crop of the left ear and a ____ allowed ____ in the
end of right ear

Came into the Inclosure of the Subscriber on or about the 20th day of May last a
dark brindle yearling Bool Middle size the owner is desired to prove property pay
charges and take him away November the 27th 1822
