On Motion Resolved
That the town choose four Constables
Resolved, that Cattle Sheep Horses and Hogs shall not be permitted to run at large at
any time, under the penalty of twenty five cents for each and every offence.
Resolved, that Rams shall not be permitted to run at large from the first day of August to
the twenty fifth day of November under the penalty of five Dollars for each and
every offence

Special Election
We the board of inspectors of electors in and for the first election district of the
town of Otsego in the County of Otsego do certify that the following is a correct
statement of the result of a special election held in said district on the 27th day of
May One thousand eight hundred and fifty one. Viz. That the whole number of
votes given for the Office of Senator was One hundred & twelve of which John
Noyes received One hundred & four. Alonzo Johnson received four (4) Harvey
Marvin received two (2) Hiram Kinney received two (2).
