Otsego Town Minutes 
1866 
At an annual Town Meeting held at the Inn of W. C. Keyes on the second Tuesday of February 1866

The following   Resolutions were passed at said meeting
Resolved  that the supervisor of the Town of Otsego pay Mrs. Maria Burk  Twenty 
one  65/100  Dollars wrongfully  assessed & collected by said town of Otsego

Resolved  that the sum of Seven  40/100  Dollars assessed to E. Rexford  be refunded to him  
 it being an erreoneous assessment 

Resolved  that the sum of  Seven hundred & fifty Dollars be levied & collected in said town of Otsego  
in addition to amount now raised for Roads & Bridges
