NASH
I am looking for data on ALBERT NASH (b. May 22, 1812), his descendents, and
copies of any data he collected called Part II (with 840 names) which may have
been published or Not Published AFTER he DID publish in 1898 a great tract
(that he called Part I with 113 names) on the Edward Nash Family from England
from 1652 to 1890, which is in the NYSHA library in Cooperstown. The library
has no data on this Part II. It appears to have disappeared with the death of
Albert in the early 1900's. However, he did leave some descendents including:
Albert Harteau Nash, b. Mar.30, 1850 in Meriden , CT, and was a Methodist
Minister in Chazy, Clinton Co, NY in 1892, but had no children as of that date
despite 3 marriages; Olin Nash, b.Aug. 2, 1845, m. Nov. 25, 1874 to Fannie
Louise Goebel of Bridgeport, CT, and had one daughter Sarah Adeline Nash, b.
Oct. 7, 1875. Albert Nash (b. 1812) lived in Otego, Otsego Co. NY from about
1884 to 1900. His place of death or burial location did not seem to be in
Otsego Co, however, when we visited the Library last fall! Any information
or leads to try will be greatly appreciated.
