Any information on John Haynes of twn Butternuts. Last listed on census
1860 John 48, farmer, Rebecca M Smith 47 housekeeper Andrew W Haynes, 23,
farmhand, wife Susan De Etta Winsor 19. Hannah Haynes 17, Hannah
Bartholomew Smith 73 housekeeper, and Lucy Harmon 13...
We wonder if he might have gone to war. His widow Rebecca was listed as
a widow in 1875. She is buried in Otsego County and was listed on the
census of 1892 as Rebecca Raynor. The daughter Hannah died 1 Nov 1861,
Rebecca died in Dec 1901..

Noyes Stillman m Tacy Saunders; son Samuel m Betsy Mason; Sam and Betsy's
dau. Elnor Cathlina m Wm E. Stevenson, Nov, 1872. Family removed to New
Brunswick, NJ. Elnor div. Wm E. and we have no info on him at all.. Will
share my info.

Just started searching family roots: STIMPSON (STIMSON) - TUCKEY -
GARRISON - PADGETT
my grandfather: Charles Henry STIMPSON (STIMSON) born 16 Aug 1857
at either Oxford or Coventry. First marriage was 3 March 1885
(Coventry) to Sarah J. (Maiden name TUTTLE) SANDERS (her 2nd
marriage). Sarah was born in Greene to James & Margaret TUTTLE.
Possibly one child (female) born in 1886 in Coventry. Believed
they lived in Colesville as until in 1897 Charles married my grandmother,
Rose Emogene TUCKEY (b. 5 July 1881 at Coventry) on 31 July 1897
in Sanitaria Springs (parents: James A TUCKEY from Coventry & Julia
GARRISON from Downsville [Colchester then])
On 1900 Census Charles & Rose were living in Binghamton
with first child, Lena. Their children were: Lena Pearl b 4 Sep 1899 in
?;
Leon Henry b 5 Jan 1902 in Coventry; Guy A. b 3 Feb 1904 in Harpersville;
Helen Florence b 9 Jan 1908 in Bainbridge; Ernest Charles (Numan?)
b 20 Sep 1909 in Bainbridge; Amos Wm. b 12 Dec 1913 & Virgil LeRoy
b 22 Dec 1916 both in Bainbridge; Ralph Richard b 8 Mar 1923 while
living in Sidney.
Charles' parents were William STIMPSON (STIMSON) b 1833/1834 possibly
in Oxford (?)-no census records I can find) & Sarah Jane PADGETT
b 1836/1837 in Coventry. Children: Charles Henry b 16 Aug 1857;
Ella Mariah b 1860/1859 & Lottie A (Lorry, Laura Ann) b 1865/1864.
Two other girls died as infants. Wm., Sarah, Charles, Ella & Lottie
were members of First Congregational Church of Coventryville & Wm.
died in 1878. Sarah, Charles & Lottie were on 1880 census for
Coventry. Possibly Ella married between 1875 & 1880 to someone.
Can find no records since 1880 census. Possibly Sarah remarried
after 1880 census as only 42. Chas. 1st marriage 1885 (see above).
Any help anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated as I don't
know how to find out who William's parents were. I am willing to
exchange any information I have with you.

Deleware Co. Married Ximena Agusta Buck, 20 May 1858 in New Lisbon,
Otsego Co. NY. I would like to know the names of his parents and/or
siblings.
