Our SHAUT precursor in USA was Theodarus, who with his brother Ulrick,
was naturalized in USA around 1750. I do not know his parentage, or his
country or city of origin. He lived in the Town of Minden. Theodarus'
will was probated in 1801, or 1803, and is on file in Montgomery County
Courthouse. Would appreciate ANY knowledge you may have.
I believe ALL Shauts in USA are his descendents.
