Clarence was divorced in 1913 and remarried in 1913 to Lena M. Shaffer of
Hamden. Lena was the daughter of Matthew Shaffer of Andes and Mary
Cameron on Bovina.Mary Cameron Shaffer was later married to Raymond
Howland.

1807- 1899 in Gilboa, NY; m. Almira (or Marie) Boothe 1812-1898. Both
lived and died in Gilboa. Believed to be parents of Jacob VanLoan
(dates unk) who married Sabina Adams (dates unk). Also believed to be
grandfather of Pagetta, Bertha, Lena, Gertrude, Myra, George, Frank,
Agnes. These grandchildren known to have lived in Oneonta, NY,
Conesville, NY, and Prattsville, NY
