Almarin Baldwin Sr last Will and Testament dated 12/22/1841
 
This is my last will and testament made this twenty second day of Dec. in the 
year one thousand eight hundred forty one as follows:

I will and bequeath to my wife Lydia one thousand & five hundred dollars and 
all of my household furniture.  I will and bequeath to my son Almarin one 
thousand dollars and all of my clothes.  I will and bequeath to Clarissa Way 
my mother-in-law fifty dollars.  I will and bequeath to Philander Crocker five 
dollars and after having the above paid expenses, I will and bequeath the 
remainder of my property to my mother Harriet Baldwin, Aaron, Hiram, Henry, 
German, Philander, and Philo Baldwin, my brothers, Henrietta Nellis, Mary Ann 
Crocker, and Jane Coats my sisters, to be divided equally between them.  And 
I appoint in this my last will and testament Charles Hamlen and John M. Lake 
to be my Executor to settle this estate of this my last will and testament.
