THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EPHRAIM BOARDMAN



"In the name of God Amen, I Ephraim Boardman of the town of Westford 
in the County of Otsego and state of New York being of sound mind and 
memory Blessed to Almighty God for the same to make and publish this 
my last will and testament

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary all my personal 
property and real estate as long as she remains unmarried and my 
widow but on her decease or marriage the re remainder thereof I give 
and devise to my Children and their heirs respectively to be divided 
in equal shares between them when the youngest Child shall become of 
age I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife Mary to be the sole 
executrix of this my last will and testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish 
and devree this to be my last will and testament in presence of the 
witness named below thousand eight hundred and fifty two

Signed sealed declared and published by the said Ephraim Boardman Jun 
as and for his last will and testament in presence of us wha at his 
request and in his presence and in presence of each other have 
subscribed our names as witnesses hereto
        (sig) Daniel Platt residing at Maryland Otsego County
        (sig) John H Grassfield residing at Maryland Otsego County

The within instrument of one sheet was at the date thereof declared 
to us by the testator Ephraim Boardman Jun to be his last will and 
testament and he then acknowledge to each of us that he had 
subscribed the same and we at his request sign our names hereto as 
attesting witnesses

Surrogate's Office  | Be it remembered that on the day of the date 
hereof the last will and testament of Ephraim Boardman late of 
Westford in the County of Otsego deceased being the foregoing witten 
instrument was duly proved in all respects according to law before 
the Surrogate of the county of Otsego as and for the last will and 
testament of the said testator which said last will and testament and 
the proofs and examinations taken thereon are recorded in this Office
                        In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
