LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANCIS C. WINNE
"In the name of God amen; I Francis C Winne of the Town of Cherry
Valley County of Otsego State of New York, of the age of 56 years and
being of Sound mind and memory do make publish and declair this my
last will and testament in manner following that is to say: I give &
bequeath to my daughter Jane twenty five dollars, also to Margaret my
daughter thirty five dollars, and also to my daughter Catharine
twenty five dollars; also to my daughter Alida twenty five dollars,
also to Charlott eighty dollars; I also give and bequeath to my
daughter Sally eighty dollars also to my daughter, Clasiey, eighty
dollars in money and one cherry table one set of Chairs one stand,
one looking glass one set of blue dishes one chest: I also give and
Bequeath to my son Peter Winne Sixhundred dollars to be paid four
years from April next or to be paid in april fifty eight: The above
mentioned sums going to my daughters to be paid within sixmonths
after my decease; And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my son
Peter Winne and Jacob Cross, my sonenlaw to be the executors of this
my last will and testament hereby evoking all former wills by me made

published and declaired by the Said Francis C Winne as and for his
last will and testament in presence of us, who at his request and in
his presence, and in the presence of each other, hav Subscribed our

was duly proved before Hiram Kinne Surrogate ofsaid County according
to law, as and for the last will and testament of the real and
personal estate of said deceased which said last will and testament
and the proofs and examinations taken theron are recorded in this office The testimony whereof the Surrogate hath hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal of Office this thirtieth day of
September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & fifty
