I, Angus Griffin, of the town of Westford,in the county of Otsego and State New York of seventy two years, and being of sound mind and memory,do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say: First: I give and bequeath to my wife Mary, all my personal property of every name and nature Second: I give and devise to my wife ,Mary and our three children, Curtis, Marie O. and Belle Griffin, all my real estate of which I may die seized. To share and to share and share alike. Third: At my decease I desire that my wife, Mary should run the farm, keeping a house for the children when they should desire such house. My wife Mary recieving the proceeds of said lands to support said house untill such times as the real estate be sold without the sacrifice which would have to be made in these depressed times to convert the same into money. Fourth I hereby name and appoint Mary, my wife and Albert Law executors of this my last will and testament, giving them full power to sell, mortgage or lease real estate and to do with it in all resects the same and all things which I might do if living, hereby revoking all former wills by me.
