Proceedings were thereupon had in said Court afterwards, that the said
Surrogate took the proofs of said Will hereinafter set forth, upon this 30th
day of January A.D., 1919 and thereupon adjudged the said Will to be a valid
Will of Real and Personal Estate, and proofs thereof to be sufficient, which
said Last Will and Testament is as follows, that is to say:
In the name of God, Amen:
I, Altie M. Magee of Worcester, Otsego County, N.Y. being of sound mind and
memory, and considering the uncertainty of this life, do therefore make,
ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, that is
to say:
First, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and
bequest to my daughter Libbie Burhans, the sum of one thousand dollars.
To my daughter Grace A. Rickard the sum of one thousand dollars.
To my grandson J.C. Magee the sum of one thousand dollars.
To my granddaughter Pearl Magee the sum of one thousand dollars.
To my granddaughter Mabel Magee the sum of one thousand dollars.
To them severally (?) And their respective heirs and assigns (?) Forever.
Second,.- All the rest residence and remainder of my property, real and
personal or mixed, I give , devise and bequeath to my daughter Myra B.
Borst, to her, her heirs and assigns forever.
Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint Myra B. Borst to be executrix of
this, my last will and Testament. Hereby revoking all former Wills by me
make.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the 14th day of August, in this year one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet, was at this date thereof,
subscribed by Altie M. Magee the testatrix named in the forgoing will in the
presence of us and each of us. And at the time of making such subscription
the above instrument was declared by the said testatrix to be her last will
and testament, and each of us at the request of said testatrix and in her
presence, and in the presence of each other, signed our names as witness
thereto, at the end of the will.
