Welcome to Erie County, OHGenWeb . My name is John Minneman and I am the person responsible for bringing this to you. Our goal is helping you find your ancestors by placing data online for the Free use of all researchers. We are proud to be part of USGenWeb, providing our "experience" gained from years of researching our ancestors and website hosting. We want to hear about you and the history of your ancestors. We need help with contributions of your data, history and stories to make this a great site for research. Everything is helpful: Obituaries, Biographies, Photos and County History, Surnames to name a few. Named for: Erie (indian tribe), whose name was their word for "wildcat".

OHERIE. A mailing list for anyone wishing to discuss history, research, ancestors relating to Erie County, Ohio, choose one. You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
