Dr. A E Fant

Union, Feb 13--Dr Adolphus E Fant, one of Union county's best known citizens, died on Saturday night at 10 o'clock after a long illness.  Dr. Fant was about 65 years old and was born in ths county being the eldest son of Mr and Mrs David Fant.

The funeral services were conducted by the Rev F H Poston at Beulah Baptist Church, of which Dr Fant had long been a member on Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the presence of relatives and many friends who assembled notwithstanding the very inclement weather.
