***deceased ******* to be intestate on or about the seventh late leaving a personal estate that values about ten or twelve thousand dollars and him surviving his heirs at law. Your petitioner and six children vix. sara** McDaniel, Joseph Trimmeir, Louisa, James Franklin, Rueben Gilliman and Nancy Ann.

Your petitioner would pray your court to grant her letters of administration on the Estate of said deceased on her complying with the law made and proved in such cases and she will ever pray.
