In the name of God amen I William Kennedy of The District of Union and State of South Carolina being weak in body but of sound mind and memory blessed be God this nineteenth day of March in year of our Lord one thousand Eighthundred and nineteen make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following...that I give to my Son Benjamin one Negro Woman names Egness, I also give to my said Son Benjamin all my Stock of cattle sheep and hogs with the rest of my personal property, Except my horse and Saddle which I give to my Grandson William Kennedy, Son of Jesse Kennedy in witness Whereof I the Said William Kennedy have to this my Last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal this nineteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eighthundred and nineteen.
