have granted, Sod, and Conveyed, and by these present do Grant, Sell and Convey, unto the said Mexican Cemetery Association of the County of Burleson State of Texas All the certains: Lot, tract or parcel of land in Burleson County, Texas, and out of the Paul Tract No, 5, commencing at the S.W. corner of said tract No.5: Thence N. 35 - 30 about 70 yards to corner on line of Tract No. 5: Thence: Thence S. 54 - 30 S.W. 70 yards to corner:
Thence S. 35 - 30 at about 70 yards to corner: Thence S. 54 - 30 about 70 yards to the beginning corner, containing one acre of land.
To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances therto in anywise belonging, unto the said Mexican Cemetery Association and their successors heirs and assigns forever, and I do herby bind myself my heirs, executors and administratots to Warrant and forever Defend, all and singular the said premises unto the Mexican Cemetery Association and their successors heirs and assigns, against every person whomsever lawfully claiming or claim the same or any part thereof.
