George Bigsby

George Bigsby, 57, a former Borger resident lately of
Midland, died Thursday in a Houston Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in Thomas Funeral Home in
Midland. Burial will follow in Moran Cemetery in Moran.
Bigsby was purchasing agent for General Tire Co., in Odessa. While in Borger he
was an employe of Phillips Petroleum Co. and Bowman Chase.
He is survived by his wife Velma of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Maurice Payne
of Midland and Barbara Turner of Calif.; one stepson, Jack Pettis of Midland;
one sister-in-law, Mrs. Billie Pate of Borger; and six grandchildren.
