Susie Belle Morris-Moran
Mrs Emory (Susie Belle) Morris 71, of Moran, died Thursday at 8 a.m. in Hendrick
Memorial Hospital. Services will be in the First Baptist Church.The Rev.
Tommy Larner, pastor, will officiate with burial under the direction of Godfrey
Funeral Home. She was born May 22, 1902 in Breckenridge. She came to Moran
in 1915. She was the former Susie Belle black and married Emory Morris Aug
20, 1922, in Moran. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was a charter member of th eMoran chapter of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, one son, Robert of Bedford, one daughter, Mrs
Tom(Betty) Head of Abilene, two brothers, Buck Black of Albany and Bob Black of
Dallas and five grandchildren
