Some Christmas Tragedies
Cisco, Texas, Dec. 26: A hack from Breckenridge brought the news of a cutting affray there Saturday night, between LIGE TAYLOR and JOHN BRYANT, both of Stephens County, in which both were pretty badly cut. Taylor is cut in four or five places and it is thought he will not live. His mother, who is at Weatherford, has been telegraphed for. Bryant’s windpipe was cut and he breathed through the cut until it was sewed up, after which he has been doing pretty well. His wounds are thought not to be serious and he was jailed to await the result of Taylor’s wounds.
